Your DIN TV station is intended to be operated by inexperienced adults and kids - not technicians. Therefore, the equipment DIN selects for your facility is designed to be user friendly. The DIN TV station is intended to relieve stress, not add to it. We want to facilitate staff time spent on interacting with your patients, rather than dealing with technical issues. If you can aim a throwaway camera, you can operate your DIN equipment.
DIN will be with you every step of the process (listening, planning, designing, guiding, supporting, installing, training, and maintaining). DIN initiates the station building process by helping you create a set of overall goals for the station.
Once an overall plan is developed, a detailed task and timing chart is created. The next three steps in the process occur simultaneously:
1) The equipment is ordered and installed.
2) Detailed program plans are developed. 3) Training begins. After completion of installation and initial programming, DIN continues to assist in training new people and assisting with development of new programs. DIN will also oversee the maintenance of the equipment.
